Waddani Consulting and Contracting Firm is a locally owned multi-disciplinary services Firm based in Mogadishu that works with the international, local, and in line stakeholders, to identify community problems, design and implement projects that have far reaching socio-economic positive impacts within Somalia. Waddani has operational head offices in Mogadishu with Sub-offices in Hirshabelle, South West and Puntland. Waddani Consulting and Contracting Firm was registered as a national Firm in 2013, with annual renewal of certificate since then, specifically, Waddani focuses  changing  the lives of women, youth, and the under-resourced communities  by empowering them with the right knowledge and skills, and linking them to sustainable livelihoods. Waddani intends to mainstream the youth into the formally organized job market through market driven skill development interventions by Promoting Livelihoods and Self-reliance through agriculture activities, Fishery activities and Livestock activities through skills training and bussiness developments intiatives.

Waddani specialized project assessments, researching and learning, designing, implementation , evaluation of sustainable development projects  that seek to ensure community participation in management of their economic and political affairs, respect of inherent Human Rights, unbiased approach crosscutting programming issues such as GBV including FGM, gender equality and non-aggression approach to solving community problems. Waddani Firm recognizes the role the local community play in project acceptance, change of attitude and sustainability. The word Waddani itself means Local. To this end the Firm works with the local people in every step of project implementation in each project it implements
